The board discussed long-standing compliance issues at 3864 150th St NW with property owner John Haack. Vice Chairman Helman provided Mr. Haack with the county ordinance the township expects to be followed and moved that the township start a formal notice process outlining violations; Supervisor Nelson seconded and the motion carried 4-0.
Mr. Haack told the board he intends to address the issues and said he is cleaning out the garage. The board instructed Haack to appear at the Sept. 3, 2024 meeting with an update on progress.
