The meeting was formally adjourned after a motion from Councilman Joel Dills, seconded by Councilman Jeremy Davis. Mayor Pro Tem Petty called a roll call; Council Members Davis, Dills, Halverson, Petty and Winsor voted aye and the motion carried. No votes failed and no abstentions were recorded in the meeting minutes.
