Bryan City planning staff announces new planner hire and upcoming meeting dates

"Starting well, it's kind of already gone on, but starting on Monday, miss Paige Jackson, our development services technician, will be our newest staff planner," staff said during announcements. The staff speaker also listed upcoming meeting dates: a Jan. 15 workshop in the Basement Training Room, a Feb. 5 regular meeting in Council Chambers (Room 305), and noon regular meetings scheduled for Feb. 19 and March 19 in Council Chambers.
Chair later asked whether the Jan. 15 meeting in the basement was a joint meeting, and staff clarified it was not but noted other boards or commissions were using nearby rooms that day. The calendar and the staff hire were offered as routine operational notes and will inform scheduling and staffing assignments for upcoming agendas.
