Jill Stansfield, parking manager, said this annual service agreement covers the pay-station data services and warranty that FlowBird (formerly CallAamerica/Flowboard) has provided since 2012. "This is our annual service agreement ... They are holding their pricing as they had last year," Stansfield said, noting the School Street Garage devices were recently added to the contract and that the contract exceeded the $25,000 threshold for committee approval.
Committee members asked whether the city owns the pay stations; Stansfield confirmed the city owns them and the parking app is separate from pay-station payments. The motion passed by voice vote.
