Committee discussion also noted a possible 6% increase in health‑insurance costs that will be revisited in May.
The council also approved the committee’s recommendation to upgrade the city’s online meetings system and make the website ADA‑compliant. The estimated cost is $19,222.40 for the first year and $17,220.40 annually thereafter.
