Willard City Council approved a contract with Rocky Mountain Power to install street lights, with a contract cost of $17,821. Mayor Travis Mote said he confirmed by phone with City Manager Jeremy Kimpton that the only change from the prior contract version was updated dates related to a missed 45-day window and that escrow funds are available to cover the cost.
Council Member Jacob Bodily moved to approve the contract and Council Member Rex Christensen seconded; the motion passed unanimously. The council recorded no objections and directed staff to proceed with the installation under the contract terms.
