Council approves $196,618 draw for North Park water‑tower replacement project

Alderwoman Rasmussen moved to approve the draw and Alderman Kauffman seconded; the motion carried with all council members voting yea. Public Works Director Hintz reported that pre‑construction for the North Park Water Tower Replacement project is scheduled this week and that the ball fields in North Park will not be impacted.
Clerk/Treasurer Jessica Chamberlin added that the SRF bond closing for Water Tower Phase 2 is expected to occur this week, indicating financing steps for the project are proceeding.
