Clark said the change order also added custom theme signs and small freestanding play elements. He noted the project remains under the original budget estimate and that Lone Star will coordinate placement of furnishings with park staff.
Council asked questions about bike-rack design and installation timing. Clark said equipment delivery was estimated at 11–12 months after contract signature and civil work would begin earlier; he added that a park restroom had been deferred pending future funding. The motion to approve the change order passed unanimously.
