Council Member Misty Emick moved to approve the employment; Council Member Marshall Winters seconded the motion and it carried. The minutes note the action was approved and that minutes and the treasurer's report will be presented at the April 6 meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 7:17 p.m., and the council scheduled an executive session on personnel and legal matters to be held immediately following the meeting without reconvening the public session.
