Marshall County Engineer Paul Geilenfeldt said the supplemental agreement covers the bridge located south of Haverhill on Oaks Avenue and that county staff are in the process of acquiring additional right of way for the project. Approval advances the design phase and enables Calhoun‑Burns to complete final plans needed for construction bidding and right‑of‑way acquisition.
