Marshall County supervisors voted April 29 to approve the FY2027 Secondary Roads DOT budget and authorized Chair Jarret Heil to sign the document. Member Christian Goodman moved the approval, Vice Chair Carol Hibbs seconded, and the motion carried 3-0.
Engineer Paul Geilenfeldt clarified to the board that the proposed FY2027 DOT budget aligns with the county's adopted FY2027 budget. The vote advances the county's DOT budget for secondary roads into the FY2027 adoption and authorizes necessary signatures for DOT processing.
