Council introduces easements, conveyances to keep Northern Historic District infrastructure project on schedule

"Parcel 5, Ralco Properties LLC, has agreed to the fair market value estimation for a 0.006‑acre temporary construction easement in the amount of $2,120," Jeanne Willis said. She also said Parcel 7 (72 Dublin LLC) had agreed to compensation totaling $39,370 for a combination of a 0.005‑acre warranty deed, a 0.006‑acre permanent utility easement and a 0.024‑acre temporary construction easement. For other parcels staff outlined proposed fee‑simple conveyances and temporary construction easements and noted the city has not reached agreement with all owners; the ordinances continue the appropriation process should negotiations be unsuccessful.
Staff recommended adoption at second reading on Feb. 9. Council asked no substantive questions and the items will return for the February public hearing and vote.
