Florence approves $79,730 final payment to Hemphill, authorizes ARPA close‑outs

AND TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY CLERK TO ISSUE FINAL PAYMENT, IN THE AMOUNT OF $79,730.00," the minutes state; the motion carried unanimously.
The board also authorized and directed Mayor Gunn to sign any and all close‑out documents related to the ARPA MCWI program, a step City Engineer Tim Parker said was necessary to finalize that federal‑funded project. The board recorded unanimous approval on the ARPA close‑out authorization.
