Vice Mayor Cathy DeRosa, chair of the admin committee, reported that council interviewed candidates to fill a vacancy on the Architectural Review Board and recommended Terry Seidel for appointment. DeRosa noted the appointment fills a vacancy created when a previous appointee moved to another commission and that the charter requires such vacancies to be filled within 60 days.
