Marshall County approves $54,545.92 in jail construction change orders

The Board also approved Change Order Request #8 for $16,765.43 to add an exterior brake metal extension to be installed around the jail exterior windows, and Change Order Request #9 for $30,630.60 for additional interior brake metal around the windows requested by Baedke to produce a cleaner interior finish. Motions on the three items were all carried 3-0.
The change orders were presented as construction-completion and finish-quality items; the Board did not discuss additional funding sources in the minutes. The total of the three recorded actions is $54,545.92.
