Springdale, Utah — The Springdale Town Council convened a special meeting on Jan. 30, 2026, and approved the special-meeting agenda by unanimous vote. Council Member Kyla Topham moved to approve the agenda; Jack Burns seconded.

After the closed session, the council unanimously approved a motion directing staff to take the action discussed in closed session. The meeting adjourned at 2:24 p.m.; the minutes note the public meeting recording is available on the town's YouTube channel.
