The Highland Village City Council approved the consent agenda by a unanimous vote that included minutes from a Nov. 8, 2025 work session, Resolution 2026-6329 to authorize an agreement with HD Way Concrete Services LLC for pavement repairs, and receipt of budget reports through Sept. 30, 2025. The motion to approve the consent agenda passed without discussion.
Later in the meeting the council unanimously voted, 7–0, to defer the first reading of Ordinance 2026-1332 (the proposed zoning amendments to authorize drone delivery hubs and staging areas) and instructed staff and the city attorney to return with a redraft and a workshop to address siting, fencing and enforcement questions.
