Treasurer reports land-sale activity and resets minimum bids on unsold parcels

The committee approved a motion to set the new minimum bid at 50% of appraised value for all parcels listed except Parcel #034-4611077, for which the new minimum would be set at appraised value (motion by Willems/Kroll; motion carried).
