Commission approves replat of Hutto Data Center Campus Subdivision Lot 3 with conditions

Ashley Bailey, development services director, told the commission the replat is consistent with the 2023 annexation and zoning and recommended approval with the condition that the schematic show the right‑of‑way/gray strip prior to recordation. Bailey stated, "So with that, staff recommends approval of this Hedo Data Center Subdivision 1, Lot 3 replat with the condition that the signature for the Planning and Zoning Commission is now updated to reflect the new chairperson." Commissioner Hudson moved to approve with the condition; Commissioner Wirtz seconded. The motion passed 7–0.
