The Hutto Planning and Zoning Commission elected Commissioner Rick Hudson as chair and Commissioner Tony Wirtz as vice chair during its Aug. 5 meeting.
Commissioner Stewart moved “I make a motion to nominate Rick Hudson as chair of PNC and Tony Wirtz as vice chair.” The motion was seconded and, after no discussion, the presiding officer called the question and announced the motion passed, 7–0. The commission then updated its roll for the new officers.
