Zoning administrator circulates full draft of proposed by‑law revisions for review

Dennis Marquise told the Planning Commission he will send out a full document compiling the zoning by‑law revisions made to date and asked commissioners to read it carefully and provide feedback between meetings. He said his hope is that, after the next commission meeting and any needed edits, the revised by‑laws can be forwarded to TRORC for regional review.
Commissioners did not take a formal vote on the by‑law package at the Feb. 19 meeting but were asked to prepare comments so staff can finalize the document for the next meeting.
