At the March 24 meeting a member of the public, Bill Small, asked about the status of the Old Jail. County Engineer Adam Shutt responded that he will work on obtaining an estimate for possible demolition to help the Board decide how to proceed.
Supervisor Shawn Maine requested that discussion about potentially changing Board meeting times to evenings be added to next week’s agenda. The minutes record the inquiry and the staff follow-up assignment but do not include a timeline or budget estimate for demolition work.
