Residents urge posted trail speed limits, ask about horseshoe pits and splash‑pad evaporation

Staff acknowledged the concern, noted that passing and alerting requirements already exist in local regulation language, and said the board had recorded the suggestion for follow up with staff and potential signage or education campaigns.
