Board keeps incentives-management software; staff to sync BlueDot transition for net savings

Board members discussed whether finance or EDC should own incentives compliance functions and asked for a timeline that would avoid duplicate subscription costs. "If it increases efficiency, I think that's a no-brainer," one board member said in support of streamlining incentive administration.
