Residents press council on speeding, gravel operations and missing flags

Alex Dubovik expressed concern about the proposed industrial park rezoning and asked for more detail on allowed uses, noting the project seemed at odds with prior discussions about protecting Willard's rural character. Council members agreed to follow up on these concerns and to add flag placement and the gravel/flag questions to a future agenda.
