The board approved the request and referred it to the Administration Committee for processing.
The motion was made by Angie Sapik and seconded by Al Jaques; the minutes record that the motion carried unanimously. The minutes note that repair estimates exceeded $2,000 and staff recommended trade‑in and replacement to avoid recurring maintenance costs.
