Staff announced a special Planning Commission meeting will be held Dec. 30, 2024 at 7 p.m. at the Harriet Brown Center to consider the Calvert County zoning ordinance update, and reminded participants that written comments are due by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 20 submitted to zoupdate@calvertcountymd.gov.
The administrator also told commissioners to expect meeting packets to be delivered electronically in advance of the special meeting. No formal action was taken on the site-plan list, which was provided for information only.
