Henderson approves multiple facility maintenance projects: bay doors, pressure wash, parking lot sealing

Ald. Mark A. Barber moved the action and Ald. Donna R. Butler seconded; motion carried.
The board also approved Patriot Power Cleaning's $5,100 quote to pressure wash City Hall and accepted Ziegler's Sealcoating proposal of $9,500 to sealcoat the City Hall parking lot. Ald. Keith Smith moved to accept the pressure‑washing quote and Ald. Donna R. Butler moved acceptance of the Ziegler sealcoating for the city hall parking lot. Both motions were carried by the board.
