Commissioners debated the status of the Annex/Recycle Center real estate listing and whether to pursue leasing while the property is listed. Re/Max representative Bonnie Garrett said leasing or specific lease terms were not yet ready for client consideration and she will update photos for marketing.
A motion to terminate the Re/Max listing was withdrawn after discussion about intended use of sale proceeds and storage needs. The Board later passed a motion not to entertain leasing any Annex/Recycle Center property until after the current real estate listing expires. Chair Kohn Fisher asked the realtor to continue marketing and to keep the listing active until a future determination is made.
