At the May 21 meeting the board approved a number of financial and contractual actions. On a motion by Jeff Sieting the board approved Post Approved Bills totaling $1,036,695.03 and General Fund bills of $380,298.55, and two payroll disbursements; the roll call was recorded as unanimous. The board also authorized settlements with Duro-Last and Story Roofing & Nationwide Insurance, and approved an RRS proposal not to exceed $9,965 to complete an EGLE-required Materials Management Work Plan to meet a September 30, 2025 deadline.
Other approvals included authorization for the Chair to execute agreements for the All-American Circus, Small-Town Outlaws and Courtesy Driving School, and a motion allowing Networks Northwest to access county GIS with a waiver of fees for intergovernmental use. A separate motion approved advertising an RFP/RFQ for Rugg Pond design engineering services and the Planning Commission’s proposed zoning ordinance changes were approved. The minutes record roll-call votes for each motion and list Yeas/Nays/Abstentions where applicable.
