The Traill County Water Resource District convened at 8:00 a.m. on May 1, 2026, at its office in Hillsboro, N.D. Those recorded present included Chairman Jason Siegert; Water Managers Joel Halvorson, Jason Lovas, Andy Neset and Gary Thompson; board engineer Nathan Trosen; board attorney Sean Fredricks; and Secretary-Treasurer Jessica Spaeth. Landowners Cristy Nelson and Steve Baldock were also present.
After opening and reviewing ballots for the Roseville Drain No. 19 Project and recording a preliminary tally, the meeting adjourned at 9:15 a.m. The official minutes show the meeting approved/signed by Jason Siegert, Chair, and attested by Jessica Spaeth, Secretary-Treasurer. The board scheduled further discussion of the ballot results for its May 5 meeting.
