The Manistee Local Revenue Sharing Board unanimously elected its officers at the Feb. 9, 2026 meeting. Under a nomination from Jeff Dontz and a second from Julia Raddatz, James Henderson — identified in the minutes as the Manistee Township representative — was elected Chair by a 3–0 vote.
Following Henderson’s election, he nominated Jeff Dontz, identified as the Manistee County representative, for Vice Chair; that motion also passed unanimously. Henderson then nominated Julia Raddatz, the City of Manistee representative, for Secretary; the nomination carried 3–0. The Board also nominated Lindsey Marquardt as Recording Secretary, and that motion was approved.
Each of the officer votes was recorded in the minutes as Yeas: 3, Nays: 0, Absent: 0. The elections were conducted pursuant to Article IV of the Local Revenue Sharing Bylaws, as amended.
