Village Clerk Melody Wymore told the Board that Village cleanup day held the prior Saturday filled all four dumpsters in roughly two hours. She said the village had ordered three dumpsters in advance and later requested a fourth on Saturday morning to meet unexpectedly high demand.
Residents thanked the board for providing the dumpsters and thanked individuals who monitored them. Chairman Terry Bradich said the fall Village Wide Cleanup will implement residency checks: a police officer will check IDs at the dumpsters, organizers will set up one‑way entry and exit, and dumpsters may be removed the same day if they fill early. The change is intended to confirm residency and streamline operations.
