Terry Bradich, Chairman of the Village of Claycomo Board of Trustees, called the Regular Meeting to order at 7:01 PM on June 22, 2026. The board voted to approve the minutes of the June 8, 2026 meeting after Trustee Jett noted a requested clarification concerning an exchange with Randy Grego. Trustee Jett moved to approve the minutes; Trustee Benton seconded and the motion passed on roll call with Trustees Jett, Benton and Chairman Bradich voting Yes.
Trustees then approved payment of bills covering June 5–June 19, 2026. Trustee Jett moved to approve the payment of bills; Trustee Benton seconded and the motion passed on roll call with the same three Yes votes.
The board also approved routine permits: a sign permit for M Massage at 407 E 69 HWY after determining the installed sign was compliant, and a business license for TWIN TATTOOS 1 at 7 S. Whitney. Owners of the tattoo business told the board the studio will operate by appointment in the lower-level unit, both hold state tattoo licenses, proof of insurance and licensing will be submitted to Village Clerk Melody Wymore, and a fire inspection has been completed. Trustee Benton moved to approve the sign permit; Trustee Jett moved to approve the business license, both motions were seconded and passed by roll call.
The meeting recessed subject to the call of the chairman and adjourned at approximately 7:28 PM.
