Board approves consent agenda, payroll and warrants totaling more than $506,000

The Southside School District Board of Directors approved the consent agenda, including minutes from Dec. 16, 2025 and the Jan. 15, 2026 special meeting, and authorized January 2026 payroll and accounts-payable warrants.
Business Manager Paula Flint presented the financial items for approval. The minutes and warrants as printed were approved by motion (mover: Don Robbins; second: Ginny Brush). The consent listing in the minutes records payroll direct-deposit pay advices totaling $135,210.65; payroll accounts-payable warrants of $179,121.02 and $80,131.08; General Fund accounts-payable warrants totaling $60,505.28; a Capital Projects Fund warrant of $50,000.00; and ASB warrants totaling $2,019.76. "Motion carried unanimously," the minutes state.
The board did not discuss changes to the reported amounts during the meeting. Those warrants will be processed through the district's normal payment cycle.
