They reported the agency served 800 clients in 2025, including 50 Dinwiddie County residents; nearly 100 hotline calls came from Dinwiddie and the agency provided over 100 shelter nights to Dinwiddie residents out of more than 5,000 total shelter nights provided systemwide.
Jefferson and Smith thanked partners, including the Dinwiddie Sheriff’s Department for participation in the Lethality Assessment Program (LAP 2.0), and invited the community to an open house to view resources such as the agency’s resource closet for clients.
