Kay County approves VieMed work order for Pregnancy Resource Coordinator

The Kay County Board of County Commissioners on April 13 approved a Work Order Agreement between VieMed Healthcare Staffing LLC and the Kay County Health Department to provide a Pregnancy Resource Coordinator. Tami Hicks of the Kay County Health Department told the board the underlying contract had already been approved and that the work order covers the employee; the motion carried unanimously.
District Attorney Brian Hermanson noted the contract period "begins April 20, 2026, through May 15, 2027," and approved the agreement as to form, according to the minutes. The board took no additional amendments to the contract during the meeting; the clerk's office retains the contract and work order for public inspection.
