BOCC approves TASC contract for prior-year oil and gas property assessments

The minutes record: "The term of this contract shall be from July 1, 2026, and/or date of execution until June 30, 2027." District Attorney Brian Hermanson "approved as to form." The motion to approve was carried by the three commissioners.
The action delegates technical assessment work to the contractor for the stated term; the contract assigns responsibility for access-based assessments of oil and gas facilities and sets a one-year term beginning July 1, 2026 (or date of execution).
