Administrators reviewed the appointment process for the board and no members of the public spoke during the hearings. The board opened and closed both public hearings after a presentation by Nobles County Administrator Bruce Heitkamp.
Both measures passed with formal motions. Resolution 202518 was moved by Commissioner Justin Ahlers and seconded by Commissioner Robert S. Demuth; Resolution 202519 was moved by Commissioner Justin Ahlers and seconded by Commissioner Chris Dybevick. The minutes record the motions as duly passed.
