At 7:14 p.m. the Board voted to close the meeting to the public to consider strategy for labor negotiations, including discussion and review of labor negotiation proposals, under Minn. Stat. §13D.03 and sections 179A.01–179A.25. Present during the closed session were the County Attorney, County Administrator, commissioners, county department heads and outside labor counsel.
The Board reconvened at 8:55 p.m. and recorded that no action was taken after the closed session. The minutes indicate the Board may reconvene in open session to act on noticed agenda items following such sessions when appropriate; none were acted on after this meeting.
