Chief Financial Officer Becky Toso presented two financial amendments during the May 5 meeting and the Board approved both unanimously.
Toso said the Self‑Insurance Fund 2025 amendments reflect increased revenues and expenditures with a net increase in expenditures of $1,403,000 and $1,395,885 drawn from the fund balance; she noted the fund ended 2025 with 0.60 months of expenditures in reserve versus a goal of 13 months. Toso also presented Health, Human & Veterans Services (HHVS) fund 4th quarter amendments with a net requested increase in expenditures of $1,475,000; the Board approved the amendments as presented.
