The commission required a new 4‑bedroom, Type‑1 septic system sized at 600 GPD, a 15‑foot vegetative buffer, no run‑off to lakes or adjoining properties, erosion control and as‑built drawing submission, and a permit before site work begins. The approval is effective through April 13, 2028 unless commenced or extended by the commission.
