The Kay County Board approved an invoice from Eagleview (Pictometry International Corp.) to be paid from the county Use Tax account. Assessor Leaming told the board the aerial imagery is used daily by the district attorney’s office, the assessor’s office, the sheriff’s department and by cities and tribes; he said those cities and tribes contribute toward the payment.
The motion to approve the invoice carried with Kreger, Jones and Shanks voting aye. The payment method was recorded as the Use Tax account in the meeting minutes.
