HR Director Jody Middleton presented the two responsive proposals and recommended Municipal Resources Inc., noting the firm will provide outreach, candidate vetting and background checks.
On the timeline, Middleton told the board the process "should probably take about 60 to 90 days to go through the process," and said the firm would provide a confidential update to the board on candidate flow and milestones. The board approved the motion unanimously and the HR office will proceed to finalize contract documents and next steps.
