Board discusses reallocating 911, planning and Board of Health assistant duties; changes pending Board of Health review

Supervisors discussed redistributing duties among the 911 Coordinator, Planning and Zoning and the Board of Health Administrative Assistant; March 9 changes moved 911 coordination to EMA Coordinator Jason Webster and the board considered restructuring Jessy Willadsen’s compensation to 85% Board of Health / 15% Planning and Zoning. Final changes are pending the Board of Health meeting.
The board reviewed workload and duty distribution among the 911 Coordinator, Planning and Zoning, and the Board of Health Administrative Assistant positions. Supervisors noted 911 coordination duties were reassigned on March 9 to EMA Coordinator Jason Webster and discussed adjusting Jessy Willadsen’s compensation allocation to 85% for Board of Health work and 15% for Planning and Zoning duties.
Supervisors also noted the Assessor’s Office is assisting applicants with initiating building permits. The board recorded that further discussion on disbursement of duties and any compensation changes will occur at the Board of Health’s next meeting.
