Adam Miller, Floyd County Engineer, told the Board that crews are pouring culvert sections, continuing brushing operations, and working on construction projects and grant-funded designs. He said office staff are preparing budgets and programs ahead of the April 7 presentation and that road vacation work is under way on 130th Street and 260th Street.
Miller said discussions have started with the City of Nora Springs about a potential shared Secondary Roads facility; that potential facility is being considered for the FY28 budget. The Board did not take a formal vote on the facility at this meeting but included facility planning in FY28 budget considerations.
