Board OKs up to $14,000 for countywide opioid harm-reduction and responder training

The approved amount is intended to support countywide training efforts for EMS personnel and partners. The Board’s action authorizes county staff to distribute funds to the EMS Association for program implementation in line with the association’s stated use of the money.
