Wayne County re‑appropriates funds for broadband and brownfields, accepts public‑health incentive award

Separately, Mr. Rose presented that Wayne County Public Health has received a Year 13 Performance Incentive Award under Article 6 allowing $23,084 to be expended on extreme‑weather awareness and climate‑health promotion in 2026; the board authorized acceptance and a budget amendment to record the award.
