The Cleveland County Budget Board approved a series of interfund transfers on April 14 that shift money among personnel, maintenance and operations, travel, and capital outlay accounts across county departments.
Transfers included a $150,000 move from General Government capital outlay to M&O, several Assessor Revaluation personnel-to-M&O shifts totaling more than $100,000, and moves into Election Board and Fairgrounds capital outlay. Motions were recorded individually with roll-call votes in the minutes; the transfers carried by majority votes.
Board members also corrected a Fairgrounds transfer (Item t) during the meeting to reflect $1,000 from travel and $20,400 from M&O, totaling $21,400 moved into Fairgrounds capital outlay. The motions were typically made by Chris Amason or Jacob McHughes and seconded by other board members; votes are recorded in the official minutes.
