Wayne County nursing home moves VA payments to PDPM, rolls funds into 2026 and retools therapy staffing

Mr. Rose presented the package of resolutions. The PDPM amendment was described as aligning the Veterans Service Administration contract with Medicare reimbursement policies for the applicable contract year (March 1, 2026 forward). The board approved the roll‑over and therapy budget amendments, which reassign multiple appropriation lines and fund position and contract changes to support therapy services at the nursing home.
